Thursday 3.27.14

Rating = 7
Back Squat @ 20X1, build to moderate effort set of 5 - same as monday, go heavy if hip is okay
175. Hip did not feel great and didn't want to push it with 14.5 coming up.

Push Press, build to a max triple off blocks - drop each rep
150.

Above Knee Hang Squat Clean, build to a triple - no dropping b/t reps
165. Normally would have tried another set a little heavier, but my hip was tight and I did not want to make it hurt.

3,6,9,12,15 for time:
Bar Facing Burpees
Thrusters @ 95lbs

7:12. Thrusters unbroken for 3, 6, and 9. Then I did 8/4 and 5/5/5.
