Sunday 8.25.13


Romanian DL with Straps @ 20X0, 2-2-2, 4 min - all tough sets, no oly shoes (just fyi, incase you were using them)
230-230-230. These were almost to failure. Got stuck on the way up, but was able to stand it up all the way.

12 (missed 2), 14, 8 (missed 4), 14, 11 (missed 2). On set 3, I just kept throwing the ball short of 10' line. I've been doing these on an I-beam, so I have a narrower target. Still need to get better at 10'
