Saturday 8.24.13


A. Front Squat @ 40X1, 4 reps @ 75% RM x 6 sets, 3 min
Complete at 145
B. BTN Split Jerk, build to a max
200. Ugh, I missed 200x3, then finally got it. Tried 205 twice and had nothing left. This was frustrating, still feel like I'm just getting the hang of split jerks again. 
C1. Medium Grip Bench Press @ 20X0, 2-4-6-10-15, 2 min
145x2, 135x4, 125x6, 110x10, 100x15(this set was more like 20X1, 20X2...didn't have a spotter)
C2. Weighted Ring Rows @ 20X0, 4-6-8-10-12, 2 min
Complete with 20# vest, set of 4 and 8 with feet on box, then the rest at varying distances.
