Friday 5.3.13


A. Squat Snatch, build to a max
145. My technique was off, I was rushing it and missing everything in front and not being patient. I missed 145 twice before I finally got it, then missed 150 four times. 
B. Squat Clean and Split Jerk Cluster, 1.1.1 - build to a tough set
160. Happy with this. 
C. Back Squat @ 20X1, 5 reps @ 70% RM x 5 sets, 2 min
Complete with 145#, these felt good.
