Snatch, 1 RM
145. Got this on the first try and my form was so much better than
the last time I did 145 for 1RM. Tried 150, but failed 3 times...2nd attempt I
missed behind me and was really really close. I think that my OHS 1RM is right
around 150, possibly 155. Is this normal? I feel like I will be able to get 150
if I get my OHS up. But, my first pull feels so much better after doing all of
the snatch pulls each week.

Clean and Jerk, 1 RM
175....Jumped up to 185 and kept missing the clean. I was doing
power cleans and Arjuna said I should be doing squat cleans. He told me to try
squat cleaning 185. So I tried that a few times. I could get under the bar, but
couldn't hold/catch it there. But, it made me feel like I could do a better
power clean and actually drop under the bar instead of splitting my feet out
wide. So, I kept trying and finally got the power clean (my feet were really
wide and I chased the bar forward). Then missed the jerk. And stopped
there.
C. 30
Ring Muscle-ups for time
7:16. I kept having these visions that I could do no-false grip
muscle ups. So I played around with them while warming up and felt like they
were so much easier to connect. So, I started with these in the workout. And
kinda forgot how to do them like 7 reps in. So I went back to false-grip and
started cycling them quick to make up time. And started failing more. So about
6misses total, if I'd have made all those reps, my time woulda been 5:50.
