Below Knee Hang Power Snatch, 1 rep every 30 sec for 10 minutes
110 x 5 reps, 115 x 5 reps, 120 x 6 reps, 125 x 4 reps. Probably
should not have done 125, but thought it would be fine since 3 TnG at 120 was
manageable. Form started to break down here, some caught forward and had to
chase up, one caught in full squat.
B.
Squat Clean and Split Jerk, 1 rep every 30 sec for 10 minutes
135 x 8 reps, 140 x 7 reps, 145 x 3 reps, 150 x 2 reps.
C.
AMRAP in 10 minutes:
10 DB
Push Press @ 45lb/hand
10 Bar
Muscle-ups
3 rounds + 6 push press. DB push press were tough - did 5/5, then
4/3/3 on rounds 2 and 3, then had a fail at start of 4th round. MU were 5
unbroken, then 5 singles - hands kinda peeling everywhere
