Tuesday 6.10.14

A. Box Squat; With 40#’s chain weight (each side) work the bar weight up until you reach a maximum triple. Remove chains and perform 3 sets x AMRAP (with bar weight only), 3min rest between sets
Max triple = 135. AMRAPs = 9, 10, 10
B. Block Snatch (mid-thigh) – 65% x 3 x 5 sets
Used 105, 2 min rest between sets. Trying to get timing down and stick the landing before standing up.
C. Over Head Squat; 65% x 3 x 5 sets
Used 115, 2 min rest. Narrower grip helps elbows.
D. Snatch Grip Romanian DL (155lbs); 8 reps x 5 sets, rest 2-3min between

Complete. Last 2 sets were pretty tough.
