Saturday 10.12.13


AM: I ran the TQL Urban Race in downtown Cincinnati. It was an obstacle race that was supposed to be 5k. It was 4.2 miles. We ran stadium stairs and through dumpsters and up hills. I got 9th out of 424 females, and I never run.

A. Split Jerk, 1 rep per min for 15 mins - 5 @ 135lb, 5 @ 155lb, 3 @ 175lb, 1 @ 185lb, 1 @ 195lb

B. Deadlift @ 11X1, 2 reps @ 60% RM x 10 sets, 1 min - control bar to floor

C1. Medium Grip Bench Press with Chains @ 20X0, 2-3 reps x 5 sets, 1:30 min - tough sets
40# chains + BB = 95x3, 100x3, 105x3, 110x2, 110x2
C2. Pendlay Rows @ 20X0, 5-5-3-3-3, 1:30 min
