Saturday:

Grand opening party for the Calibrated Crossfit location by Lunken Airport. One of our clients showed up late, so I partnered up with him to do the workout:

As a team, each partner completes (One person working at a time, both finishing each movement before going on to the next):
100m unloaded yoke carry
30 wall balls
40 box jumps (24"/step down)
50 sit ups
60 Russian KBS (24kg)
700m row

We didn't time ourselves, we just did it for fun
