A. Snatch
Pull, 1 @ 155lbs x 6 sets, 1:30 min - ensure bar gets to nipple height
Complete. Set 5 was not quite all the way up there.
B. Squat
Snatch, build to a heavy single
130. Bad day. Got to the gym late and was rushing myself and getting
frustrated and being negative and started missing reps. When I rush on
snatches, my feet get jumpy and fly off the ground before I've stood up with
the bar or contacted my hips. When I SLOW DOWN and break down the movement, I
know I can do it right.
C1. Back
Squat with Chains @ 20X1, 2-3 reps x 5 sets, 2:30 min
80# chains + 115x3, 120x3, 125x3, 130x3, 140x3 (3rd rep at 140 was
not at tempo, I rested 3-4 seconds at the top because the 2nd rep was really
hard and I just wanted to see if I could get a 3rd.
C2. Weighted
Pronated Grip Chin-ups @ 33X3, 2-3 reps x 5 sets, 2:30 min
10x3, 12.5x3, 15x3, 17.5x3, 20x2
