Tuesday 12.4.12


Clean and Jerk intense + Back Squat intense + Snatch Battery 
A. Power Clean and Split Jerk, 1 rep x 7 sets, 4-5 min - 3 sets @ 145lb, 2 sets @ 155lb, 2 sets @ 165lb
Complete. I didn't feel like I needed this much rest between the sets at 145, but this felt good. Pressed out one or 2 of the split jerks though. 
B. Back Squat @ 20X1, 2-2-2, 4 min - last set tough
165, 175, 185 (this was my previous 1RM
C. Open 12.2
86 reps (26 snatches with 100#). Last year, I got 75 reps (15 snatches at 100).
