160lb, 2 sets @ 170lb
Complete. Cleans @ 170 started to get a little bit wide feet, but
definitely not the worst it's been.
B. Back
Squat @ 20X1, 1-1-1, 4 min - 1st set @ 165lb, 2nd set @ 180lb, 3rd sets @
190-195?
165-180-195 (got this easily and couldn't resist trying more)-205
(20#pr, think I coulda gotten a little more too)
C. 30
Squat Snatch @ 95lb (7:50 min last time)
4:57 Felt awesome being able to string together reps at this
weight. Last time I did all singles.
