A. Above Knee Hang Squat Snatch, build to a single
155. Really close to 160. I think this is a hang snatch PR?

B. Front Squat @ 20X1, 2 reps @ 90% RM x 3 sets, 3 min
Complete @ 180
C. Squat Clean and Split Jerk, 1 rep @ 145lb per min x 10 mins
Complete, felt easy
D. AMRAP in 5 minutes:
10 thruster @ 75lbs
10 thruster @ 95lbs
10 thruster @ 115lbs
amrap thruster @ 135lbs in remaining time
35 reps (5 thrusters at 135). This got hard fast.
