180. My hip does not feel as awful catching a clean as it does doing
a controlled heavy squat.

double KB Front Squats @ 24kg/arm - no one is allowed to help you get them up

Bar Shoulder to Overhead @ 115lbs - bar taken from the floor
4 rounds even. Cleaning the double 24kg KBs is really really tough
for me. I know I was not able to do it last time this was prescribed, but this
time I could. However, I failed on about 10 attempts at a clean throughout the
course of this workout. And I could not get more than 3-4 front squats at a
time, so I spent a lot of time gathering myself to do the clean. The shoulder
to OH were quick, I did 6/4 for all sets.
