Wednesday 2.5.14

Rating = 8
A. Deadlift, 1 rep @ 75% every 30 sec x 15 total reps
Complete @ 215
B. Ring Muscle-ups, 2 unbroken per min x 20 mins
Complete. These felt good. I like how with no-false grip the second consecutive rep is starting to feel easier than the first. 
C. AMRAP in 5 mins:
30 Wall Balls - 14# to 9 ft
21 Burpees to 6" OH
30 Wall Balls - 14# to 9 ft
15 Burpees to 6" OH
30 Wall Balls - 14# to 9 ft
9 Burpees to 6" OH
107 reps (11 wall balls in the 3rd set of wall balls). I did all my wall balls unbroken, the set of 15 burpees was just kind of slow. 
D. Weighted Front Bridge, 60 sec heavy x 5 sets, rest as needed b/t sets

Complete with 25# plate on my back for all sets. I rested 1 min after the first set, then 2 min between all the rest of the sets.
