Deadlift, work to a tough single
285. 10# PR. I jumped from 265 to 285. I may have a tiny bit more in
me. My back did feel a little mushy at the end of it though.
B.
Below Knee Hang Power Snatch off blocks, build to a single
145. Missed 150 once and moved on.
C.
Power Clean. Thruster, 1.1 @ 135lb x 20 sets for time
6:14. I feel like this is not a very good time for this. The hardest
part was the lockout over head, and generating any speed out of the
bottom.
D.
Airdyne, 30 seconds ALL OUT every 5 mins x 4 sets
Cals = 22, 24, 20, 19
