Tuesday 12.3.13

Rating = 8
A. Front Squat @ 20X1, 1 rep @ 92.5% RM x 4 sets, 3 min - full depth
Complete @180. 

B. touch n go Squat Snatch, build to a 3 RM
140. I know I am not hitting my hips, and I am starting to work on it. I still have to really focus hard on keeping my chest up/butt down on first pull, but I will start hitting hips more too. 

C. Split Jerk Cluster off blocks, 1.1.1 - build to a tough single
195. My legs felt like jello, so I didn't try any heavier. 
D. 2 unbroken Ring Muscle-ups x 15 sets for time

6: 55. I failed on the 2nd rep of on two different sets. This is a shitty time for me : (
