A. Back Squat @ 20X1, 1 rep @ 90% RM x 7 sets, 2:30 min
Complete @205
B. Squat Clean and Split Jerk, 1 rep per min x 9 mins - 3 @ 150lb, 3 @ 160lb, 3 @ 170lb
Complete, 170 felt a bit heavy. 
C. Snatch Pull. Squat Snatch, 1.1 per min x 15 mins - 8 min @ 100lb, 7 min @ 120lb
Complete. Squat snatches at 120 kinda were bad...caught way forward on a lot of them. 
D1. Press, AMRAP @ 90lbs x 5 sets, 1:30 min
6, 5, 5, 5, 5 
D2. Weighted Legless Rope Climb to 15ft, 1 rep x 5 sets, 1:30 min - no legs on lowering - wear a weight belt to add weight

First 2 sets with 6lbs vest, last 3 sets with 8lb vest. I started standing on these, but did not jump into it.
