Sunday 11.10.13

Rating = 7

AM - Snatch tech + 7-10 min tester 
Snatch Pull. Snatch High Pull. Squat Snatch, 1.1.1 @ 95lbs x 7 sets, 1:30 min
Complete. These felt kinda poopy, but got better by the end.

Did this after 1hr rest after Nate. Row took 6:09.7 at an average pace of 2:03.2/500m. Then I got 273 DU's.


PM - gym + 30 min low MAP

2 ring muscle-ups
4 hspu
8 kbs - 24kg
*Goal is 20 rds
I did this first because I didn't have time to rest more than 1hr between workouts. I got 15 rounds + 1 muscle up. Muscle ups got hard in round 5. I was doing doubles, but failed and had to drop to singles. HSPU and KBS were unbroken and moved quickly, it was just the muscle ups.

I'm frustrated about my workouts this weekend, but I know that travel has some to do with it I guess.
