Knee Hang Squat Clean. Squat Clean, 1.1 - build to a tough set, drop each rep
175. From the hang feels really good, from the floor I caught it
forward and really struggled to stand up.
B. Back
Squat, quickly build to a tough 3 - take big jumps up to the tough 5 load, not
a max set
200. Went a lot deeper and these were hard!
C. Deficit
Snatch Pull Cluster with Straps, 1.1 @ 165lb x 5 sets, 2 min - use legs/quads
to initiate movement from deficit and get bar off floor, keep chest high out of
bottom, stand on 2" blocks
Complete. These felt kinda awkward, then Arjuna started critiquing
me for not hitting my hips. I brush my hips against the bar, but he insists
that I slam my hips into the bar. I feel like this would throw off my bar path.
So I threw a tantrum and he left the gym. But, I apologized later and promised
to be more patient next time.
D. Airdyne,
7 sec ALL OUT per min for 10 minutes
Complete. 98-103RPM per set. Idk why these were slower than last
week??
E. Airdyne,
25 sec near ALL OUT x 3 sets, 3:30 min
