Finished these in 4:35
50 alternating db power snatch @ 50lbs
amrap burpees to 6" oh in remaining time
46 snatches. These still lit up my back, tried wearing a belt but took it off quickly because it seemed to make it worse. These are frustrating because my back just gets fried, but my breathing is fine. 

PM - gym + 30 min low MAP

Complete. Kinda hard, kinda rusty at these
