Squat Snatch, 1 rep per min for 15 mins - nothing too heavy, work on technique
5 sets at 90, 5 sets at 95, 3 at 100, 2 at 105. These felt pretty
good. Not every single one was perfect, but any little errors I was able to
correct on the next one.
C1.
Press Cluster off blocks, 1.1.1 x 5 sets, 2 min
90, 90, 95(1.1.f, rest 30sec, 1.), 95(same thing as 3rd set), 90,
then did an extra set at 90 cuz I was pissed I kept missing reps.
C2.
Legless Rope Climb, 1 rep x 5 sets, 2 min - legless on lowering too, no jumping
off rope
Complete. These went a lot better than last time.
