Tuesday 5.21.13


A. Power Snatch, quickly build to 125lb for a single
Complete, felt good. 
B. Squat Clean @ 135lbs, 4 reps per min for 4 mins - drop each rep, get 4 reps done as fast as possible
Time for each of the 4 reps: 0:22, 0:25, 0:30, 0:32
C1. DL, 1 rep @ 205lbs x 12 sets, 30 sec
complete
C2. Strict Ring Dips @ 20X0, 4 reps x 12 sets, 30 sec
complete, unbroken, kind of tough towards the end
D. 10 unbroken C2B per min for 5 minutes (# depends on hands)
completed all 10 for 5mins
