Friday 3.1.13


A. Squat Snatch, build to a 1RM
145. PR finally! Had been stuck at 140 for months!


B. Squat Snatch, 3 touch n go reps @ 85% RM from A x 3 sets, 3 min
Complete with 125#. I think this is a new 3RM. These were very challenging and chased a few forward to make it. 3rd set was the best. 
C1. Back Squat with Chains @ 20X1, 2 reps x 4 sets, 2:30 min
80# chains + 125x2, 130x2, 140x2, 145x2-rested extra at top between reps on final set. 
C2. L Sit Rope Climbs, 1 rep to 15 ft x 4 sets, 2:30 min - hold L Sit on ascent and descent
Complete, these were tough.
