A. Power Clean and Split Jerk, build to 175lb for a single
165# felt really good: 

175# my feet jumped out, not because they had to, just out of bad habit when it gets heavy, I think I could have done this again without my feet getting so wide. 
B. Back Squat with Chains @ 20X1, 1-1-1-1-1, 2 min - increase per set, last set hard
80# chains + 125, 130, 135, 140, 150. 
C. "Isabel" - what was your last time? Goal is sub 3 min.
2:48. Last time was 3:29. So happy that I'm building my confidence stringing reps together at this weight!
